Scope:
With this data protection declaration, users receive information about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the responsible provider. The Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) form the legal framework for data protection.
Collection of general information:
With every access to this offer, information is automatically recorded by us or the web space provider. This information, also known as server log files, is of a general nature and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. Among other things, the following are recorded: name of the website, file, date, data volume, web browser and web browser version, operating system, the domain name of your internet provider, the so-called referrer URL (the page from which you accessed our offer) and the IP address. Without this data, it would not be technically possible to deliver and display the content of the website. In this respect, the collection of the data is absolutely necessary. Handling of personal data:
Definition: personal data is all information that can be used to clearly identify a person. It is therefore data that can be traced back to a person. Integration of services and content from third parties:
Our offer sometimes includes content, services and performances from other providers. These are, for example, maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube and graphics and images from other websites. The transmission of the IP address is absolutely necessary so that this data can be called up and displayed in the user's browser. The providers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") thus perceive the IP address of the respective user. Even if we try to only use third-party providers who only need the IP address in order to be able to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address is possibly saved. In this case, this process serves, among other things, statistical purposes. If we know that the IP address is being saved, we will inform our users of this.
Google Fonts:
We integrate the fonts ("Google Fonts") from the provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. According to Google, the user data is used solely for the purpose of displaying the fonts in the user's browser. The integration is based on our legitimate interests in a technically secure, maintenance-free and efficient use of fonts, their uniform presentation and consideration of possible licensing restrictions for their integration. Google Maps:
We integrate maps from the “Google Maps” service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The processed data may include, in particular, the users' IP addresses and location data, which, however, are not collected without their consent (usually in the context of the settings on their mobile devices). Cookies
Session Cookie:
The application stores a so-called session cookie in the user's browser for the duration of the user session. This is used to secure forms and the function of the website that are triggered by clicking a link. The user is protected from so-called "Cross Site Request Forgery" (CSRF for short) attacks. Additional note:
Apart from the above the session cookie is not used to collect personal data. At no time is data from the cookie and connection data merged, such as IP addresses. In particular, the session cookie is not used to identify users outside the www.landhaus-albrecht.de domain.
Data economy:
In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data economy, we only store personal data for as long as it is necessary or prescribed by law (statutory storage period). If the purpose of the information collected no longer applies or if the storage period ends, we will block or delete the data.
Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection:
You have the right to request information about the personal data stored by us free of charge and / or to request a correction, blocking or deletion. Exceptions: It concerns the mandatory data storage for business transactions or the data are subject to the statutory retention requirement. In order to be able to consider a data lock at any time, it is necessary to hold the data in a lock file for control purposes.
